This repairman was a God send. He was very thorough checked everything and educated me on what the parts of the machine was and what their functions are. He was very polite and took what I told him seriously. The experience with this young man was amazing.

After waiting several weeks for the refrigerator to be fixed, we were lucky to get a really good technician. The technician that came to fix our refrigerator did a great job! He was pleasant and quick. The technician gets 5 stars but the company will get 2 stars. They are in no hurry at all to get your appliance fixed.

We've had the pleasure of working with Neil Pryor from Sears twice over the past two years, both times for circuit board issues. Neil is knowledgeable and personable. The most recent experience required some extra attention when a properly labeled replacement part turned out to be improperly packaged from the factory. As a result, Neil was required to return twice in order to complete the repair, and we couldn't be happier for the quality of service he provided. Our washer is working now, for the first time in two weeks. I've never been so happy to do laundry. When our second board failed, after a couple of years, we didn't think twice about calling Sears. After this experience, we can say that, if it happens again, I know who to call. Our thanks to Neil in making a problem into a enjoyable experience. Mike S.
