Although he pronounced my old dryer DOA, he showed me where the problem was, and because of its age, the lack of replacement parts available. He also suggested a few brands with good service history for replacement.

I made my Friday appointment for a service call on a Monday and for the next 4 days I was bombarded with multiple texts (many of them repetitive) per day about that upcoming house call! Definitely overkill--dial it back, Sears Home Services!!

Fridge fix by Tim
Tim was excellent. He was patient with me running a little late. He did a quick evaluation of my fridge that was leaking, and was able to identify the root cause to my fridge issue right away, with a speedy but accurate fix. Would recommend him without reservation to others.
