False statement to Warranty company.
Technician called prior to his arrival well mannered and easy to understand arrived earlier than appointment was scheduled for. When he arrived his appearance was quite disheveled shirt untucked and did not look very professional. After spending time reviewing my central air conditioning when I went back outside to check with him he mentioned to me that the outside coil appeared to have damage due to somebody using a pressure washer on it I explained to him that I had never done that I had been in my house for nearly 30 years and that would not be something I would ever think of doing. The air conditioning also had worked properly ever since I had been here and only recently stopped working before I made a claim with the warranty company. He spent a significant time waiting for the warranty company's response to his request and left my property letting me know I would have an answer from them later in the day Received an e-mail from choice home warranty indicating my claim had been denied due to his false statement that a pressure washer was used on my air conditioning unit. Very disappointed would never recommend sears home service to anybody.

Company doesnt know what they are doing.
This issue was taken care of several weeks ago!! Dennis was very polite. Not his fault that he was scheduled to do a job that was already done. I'm glad I was able to reach him so he didnt make a wasted trip!!

Technician was very nice and did the maintenance check. Problem is with the Sears Customer service. Tech arrived around 3:45. Our scheduled time was 8-12. Sears had the wrong phone number for me. Who ever i set up the appt with, transposed some numbers in my phone number. Tried to call to correct this and could not get a human. Unacceptable. The bot kept hanging up. Tech was unable to contact me because of this. Very frustrating waiting all day for someone to show up.

Very professional
He was too behind on his scheduled route to finish our service so closed our ticket without ordering the parts or rescheduling. He treated us like an inconvenience, it was very unprofessional and a bad experience.

Unfamiliar with the appliance
The technician has not been able to fix it in three visits. At the same time, I must have received 20-3o emails and text messages from Sears, which was quite irritating and unnecessary

Rude
The technician was rude when I called to see what time he would arrive. He told me to just trash my freezer before he arrived. Then told me before he even arrived that I need to call and reschedule or he can just come and take my money. When he arrived he didn't touch the freezer he shined his flashlight on the freezer and told me it can't be fixed gave me a phone to sign and left. He never plugged up the freezer or moved it or looked behind it. When I questioned him and asked him how is he diagnosing the deep freezer by looks and no physical inspection he was arguing with me. I immediately walked hun out and reported him to Sears. This is completely unacceptable to have me pay for a service that I didn't receive. He is a scammer and it's not a good look to rob innocent customers. You don't want the job don't show up simple.
