Very thorough and accurate service

Great service given!
We were very pleased that our service technician, George, was prompt and got our snowblower running immediately. Only disappointment was that the flat service fee was not waived as expressed when we made the appointment.

Ice maker
Works good so far. We now have a consistent freezer light and it's making ice slowly. Had to have many replacements of same part over the last 4-5 months. Let's hope this ice maker stays working this time!

Good Experience
Great service call! Neil was very polite and courteous. Did not have to wait he actually was earlier than expected. Repair was quick and easy and he cleaned up afterwards.

Quality service
Replace two parts for the refrigerator, and it is working fine now. He was very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner.

Disappointed with lack of supply
Marcus was very helpful, however his truck did not have the needed part for our repair. We would have had to order a switch and be charged almost $300 before another call could be scheduled. This was way too expensive.

Sears is misleading
Michael was fine. He had trouble using his phone to submit my service order. Michael explained everything that Sears misled us on.

Third call same problem
Jeffrey was very nice. Said it could be a bad damper sensor. Suggested that we turn down temperature on refrigerator to see if that helps. This to me is a bandaid rather than just fixing the problem. Not my favorite way to fix things.

Needs improvement on manners
Not a friendly tech, borderline rude, didn't want to hear what was going on and left my dinning room table covered with boxes and packing letting me know I could deal with it. Frustrating to pay for service and be treated this way in my own home. Eric on the other hand, the first tech out. 100% top notch. Suggested how to thaw out my frig, got all the parts ordered, friendly and nice. Jeffery could use a pip on how to introduce himself, listen to a customer, respect a customers comments, inform a customer of the plan, cleanup after themselves, and explain what was done. Thank you

Recent service call
The tech was great. He was professional, prompt, neat and went out of his way to solve the problem. Unfortunately Sears prevented him from solving my problem and restoring complete use of my refrigerator. The essential part required was not available in his material source reference and he was forced to leave my unrepaired appliance after spending over an hour trying his best to resolve the issue. No thanks to Sears.
