Did not see technician
First I'd like to comment that providing a nine hour window is not good business practice. I'm a single parent who works from home so being available an entire day to drop everything and meet with a technician is difficult. Secondly, I spoke with the technician around 11 o'clock and he indicated he would come at 12:15. I called at 1:30 as I still had not received a notification and he said he would be there within 30-45 minutes. I called again at 3 o'clock and indicated that I needed to leave the house at 4 PM for an appointment as he still had not arrived and could not guarantee what time he would be there. I ended up cancelling my appointment.
