Process to make an appointment too time consuming.

The only trouble I had was not with the technition. He was efficient and did a great job. Very polite. The problem was getting an appointment. I spent a half hour two different days after I had a real person on the line. The first day the appointment was made but no one showed up. After another appointment was made we were successful. But it seems crazy to me that it takes a half hour to make an appointment and Marcus was able to fix the problem in half that amount of time. If I need other services I will contact you. Do not try to sell me other options. That wastes my time!

The technician arrived when he was expected and got the jobs done in a timely and competent manner. I just wish I had been left with an invoice or something of the sort, detailing the work done and the cause of the problem, with instructions about how to avoid the problem in the future.

Our repairman, Tim, was a nice man, but our washer is not fixed and is leaking more than when he came. He should have stayed for a cycle of wash to at least start. It began leaking right away. Please send him or someone back, right away!!

he was here for a few min not very pleasant ask him if he could order a lint screen for my dryer that i do have ins on and hes like i dont have a order for that it was a lint screen how hard is that to do for a customer not pleased at all we asked him to replace a part because our ice maker wasnt working right said nothing was wrong

Did not fix oven

Did not diagnose the problem correctly. Ordered part that did not fix the oven. The oven is still shutting off. In fact it is worse now. Did not appear to be knowledgeable on how the ovens worked

Kenmore elite refrigerator

Joseph came in and was prepared to replace the ice machine, but I told him the refrigerator was not cooling and the freezer was warm. He pulled the refrigerator out and said that there was a leak and that he fixed the leak and replace the ice machine. Said to wait a few hours and it should be cooling,it's NOT !! and the refrigerator is 57° and is not working. Very disappointed. It's now 7:45 in the evening on October 5.
