Refrigerator technician
Pierre was able to plug in the ice maker that Heriberto forgot to hook up. Later after Piette left, I noticed the wires for the new ice maker are against the ice cover tray making it extremely difficult to insert it back in after pulling it out. I called and they are sending a technician out on Monday. This will be the 6th time. They probably need to order a new cover that fits correctly over the new ice maker.

Lack of human customer service
Dealing with only AI and no live human customer service is extremely frustrating. My technician had no idea what issues I was having with my gas range because your system only offered check boxes of the problem/s I was having. None of your check box items were appropriate and you offer no freeform text boxes. I will most likely go to a smaller, independent repair service that doesn't feel the need for 'state-of-the-art bells and whistles' when and if needed in the future.
