Impeccable Customer Service
Michael arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable/pleasant regarding the situation going on with my icemaker. He informed me of the process if I wanted to replace the icemaker. He had impeccable customer service which is hard to find in most businesses today.

Allan is fabulous
Allan came on time. He listened to my problems and helped to fix everything. He was super clean even swept 🧹 up the floor when he finished. I had a lot of problems with automated phone systems but he renewed my faith in Sears by his help

Mower Deck Repaired in Less Than One Hour
Allan arrived in the first hour of the two-hour window he set six hours earlier. He was careful to keep in service parts which have more useful life. Allan was able to repair the mower deck quickly on the first attempt to do so, relying just on his first-hand knowledge. He answered my questions easily. Allan is a good representative of the company and I would be pleased to have him work on my equipment again.
