Samsung dryer repair
Once my technician was here all went well. However, the impreciseness of the time frame for arrival was very frustrating. Having to wait all day 8-6pm only to be rescheduled for 14 days later is ridiculous. Then on the appointed day to wait from 8-2pm is just poor service. Trying to speak with a person who conveys empathy for your situation is impossible. Endless circles of computers. I'm not sure if the home service plan is worth it.
