This date was the third attempt for maintenance of washer and dryer. Sean showed up at 6:45, ran washer for 14 minutes and dryer for maybe 5 minutes, put a tab in washer and was gone by 7:20. Definitely not the service we have had in past years. Sean was polite but I don't feel like we got our moneys worth. Notifications are useless and frustrating. Call recieved at 4:31 on 8/7/23 telling that service would be tomorrow on 8/7/23 between 8AM-5PM.

I have been patiently waiting to have my freezer repaired by your company for almost 2 months, you have ordered two parts and it's still not fixed. So for, I am totally disappointed. Scott is a nice person but I would rate your service 0 stars! I was told someone would be out Friday October 4th, as of yet I have not heard from anyone! How unprofessional!

Refrigerator
I have been dealing with you and my warranty company for six months. After six months the problem is not solved, in fact it has new problems now, and the warranty company has reissued the claim which is going to take at least another month. SIX MONTHS WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR, SOON TO BE SEVEN. UNACCEPTABLE!
