Dryer problem resolved
Dillon quickly identified the problem with the dryer, ordered the appropriate parts, and installed the parts. Dillon was very professional and did an excellent job. If I encounter problems in the future, I hope Dillon is the service technician.

Great Technician, Poor Customer Service
Technician did excellent work on both June 21st and Aug 9th, however should not have been such a gap due to a flaw of the Sears system. Upon discovery, I attempted 10+ different numbers simply to speak with a human which was never possible. Only resolution was a chat where I was only notified of another 2 week delay AFTER the chat had ceased. This is terrible customer care which has undoubtedly been relayed by others before. Worth noting again.

Ron K provided top notch service with no complaints!!! While he found a problem with the refrig unfortunately after fixing it the refrig still doesn't cool or freeze. Must call again for a fifth visit for service. phooey!!

He was very kind and professional
He opened my fridge and felt the warmth of my unit and noticed that it was a Kenmore Elite French door with water and ice in door. Reviewed the model and year of built and decided that this model was done by LG and the compressor was not cooling. We discussed the estimate and decided to decline repair and will be purchasing a new fridge.
