Shameful In Ohio!

The technician can to our home several weeks ago through our home warranty company. Our HVAC system was leaking pretty bad the soaked our filter and the technician knew it but instead of unclogging the system to resolve to e leak, probably because I was a woman he said to use a nonpleated filter and if it continues to leak I'll come back free of charge. He took my money and came back after a couple requests weeks later which now the leak has damaged our hardwood floors. Our appt was 8am-5pm. I was headed home from work he arrived at 0750 left at 0752 and never came back even after several calls to sears starting at 0804. We had to pay another HVAC company. Very poor customer service!

Didn't want to be here, didn't do anything

The tech called ahead of time and tried to convince me what the problem was in an effort to not even come out. After he arrived I left him alone with my washer, he didn't take anything apart, he didn't show me a dead circuit board, he just called me up to look at the washer in the exact same state I left it, told me it was the circuit board, took my money and left. I then reset the washer and it fired up just fine and ran two loads. I have no idea what I paid for, what was done, if anything was done. I feel like he came out and charged me to tell me the same thing he said over the phone. This is probably the worst service I've received and honestly puts me right off buying another Kenmore. If it was possible to give this a zero star review I would.

I'd give a zero as a rating if I could, but not an option. Josue B the tech was scheduled to come out 4-5 times after showing up the first two times and has not shown up for any of the visits including today and then closes the case. I think he hasn't shown up because he wasn't even sure why he had to show up a second time for a second opinion. He apparently put in the wrong thing saying parts unavailable when he should have said freezer Is not repairable. So someone may need to update him. I also think that someone in the office should be able contact their technicians directly not just through the automated system. I've taken off work and missed time for all those visits. Not very professional!! Therefore I can't give a rate on his performance.

Refrig again

This is like the 12th time they come out in the last month. Still not right, brutal service. This time they put the wrong type seal on the freezer door. When I opened it after he left, it came off partially. All my food in the freezer was ruined, he said their other tech won't even come out anymore, ying the refrig. needs to be replaced. We're very disappointed with this and it's quite time consuming. What kind of customer service is this? Please respond 5138753234
