Quick and a pro
He communicated great. Called to let us know what stop we were on his day and then called when he was on his way. He was professional and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and left the place clean when he was done.

Home service call
Had great response setting up appointment and identifying problem. However, appointment blocked out the whole day. Service tech was set for just one appliance. if I wanted broader service to another appliance, i have to make a separate appointment and get a different service call. That's an added service charge and tech service fee. I want a repair to my stove and dryer as well, but that requires three calls.
