Allan did an amazing job explaining the repair and I feel he is very trustworthy which is important to me. He was also very efficient. The proof will be when we wash our sheets. This is when the washer went crazy with the wobbling. Service man great. Passing the buck: I thought the washer has a warranty. Sear said the repairman would lete know. The repairman said to call Sears. Repairman did not arrive until about 5:38PM. We waited all day. Next time, give a 4-hour window.
