Very unsatisfied

I do not like your service company because you and your technicians expect us to do their work for them so them and you can get paid just to do the minimum work. This problem with my refrigerator should have been fixed on the very first time I had the issue instead of having to make 5 trips back to my house for the se issue and now because we refuse to defrost our refrigerator, which I might add you guys have done before, you all refuse to do your job. Now I can't even get a different repair company because of this on going issue that you all are to lazy and to overbooked to actually let them defrost it and fix the problem. I promise if you all would just let them defrost it and fix it you will never have to deal with us ever again. Because of you all not fixing it correctly the first time now we are here at this point. So if you can find a way to resolve issue please do so.
