Great Techncian
He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. The problem was with scheduling and Sears changing the appointment twice- the morning of the appointments. Had to take 3 days off for an hour appointment.

Washer repair and dryer service
Alex was great! He checked out the washer and determined that, since it was 15 years old, that the replacement part was not available. He made great recommendations on a new washer to buy. He then cleaned and serviced the still, well functioning, dryer so that we could safely give it to a family member. Thank you so much!
