Rich was great
You have to have someway to talk with a live person !!!!!!!!! There was so much confusion as to the parts, we were told one was sent To us and the tracking number would not work. The parts were in by May 21st but the Service call was cancelled for May 28th and again June 3rd . until I was able to get a live chat and then it was all parts in and a June 21st date. Once Rich got here he was quick and very good !!!!
