These two gentlemen were wonderful. The one man isn't even a service man he is a manager and took my job because the guy that was supposed to be here didn't show up. So my appointment would have been rescheduled for a 3rd time. He was wonderful, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable, they didn't even need the parts that were ordered. It was very nice having a man who fixed my refrigerator by finding the problems that others overlooked. I have had service on this many times and it's only 7 years old. I hope going forward that I won't have any more problems but if I do I hope that I can have this same gentleman do the repairs as he was just great. Cannot say enough about them.
