Annual appliances inspection
Very knowledgeable and courteous. We had 6 appliances that received their yearly inspection. Rich was great in looking everything over and telling us what he was doing. Great job!!

Knowledgeable Technician!
Charles arrived promptly and got right to work. I appreciated the fact that he explained what he was doing & why. He offered several suggestions which were very helpful. He took the extra time to check something that wouldn't be obvious and found that it was a big contributing factor to the problem. Unfortunately, the service contract folks deemed the issue to be not-cost effective and will be replacing the unit. Charles was great!

I found Charles very efficient, knew his job and had the part needed for the job! What I don't like is when I call in for service, the person tries to fix the appliance over the phone and sell me more warranties ! Very annoying!$
