Annual checkup - Drier
I've had a Maintenance Service Contract for a15 years now with Sears. Rich has been here often and does a thorough job at checking out and cleaning up my appliances. I recommend annual maintenance contracts. I've had my washer and drier for 15 years and they run perfectly. Thanks Rich

Rating Service by Charles & communications w/Sears
Very pleased w/ service by Charles. He was efficient, courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. He also called ahead to alert us of his arrival. The communications w/Sears re: time for service on the scheduled day could be improved. The 8:00-5:00 time frame was too wide. Cutting it to 8:00-noon or noon- 5:00 would allow the customer to better plan their day. Thank you for offering my input.
