Oliver was punctual. He arrived exactly as he said he would. Asked where the dryer was located and went right to work. He took it apart, replaced the thermostat, put the dryer back together, placed the dryer back and tested it and explained to me what was wrong, what he did and answered my questions about the vent! Excellent work and professionalism!
