still upset that 1st appt was on Aug 25 and fixed on Oct 20. Many no show no call scheduled visits. Poor communication and difficult to navigate text system. Hard to talk to real person. System not meant for elderly. Ll

Not sure they say it was fixed but they never showed it me to make sure it was working I had a new blower some how they never gave me my blower part back only the broken motor
