Dryer problem
I am very happy with the sears technician, he knows his job. I would recommend anyone to shop at Sears and do the protection plan.. The technician show up at his appointment on time.

This was the second time Sears came to see us the first time it was running but then it stopped. When Romany came out today he explained that our filters are too thick and this could be causing the system not to work. He made sure it was working before he left. Hopefully that's all it is and we get to have a cool house.

Scheduling
The service rep, Mr. Lu, was excellent. Hopefully in the future you will have an AM or PM scheduling option. Waiting all day is unproductive.
