Jahmell was excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. ZERO complaints about him or his work…however the overall customer service with Sears home repairs was terrible! The automated service has got to go….bring back REAL people….appointments were cancelled, the parts didn't arrive, the 8a-5p window is RIDICULOUS!!!!! And I could never get in touch with a person who could help and answer questions..I could go on and on but what's the point. I'm just not going to renew any of my extended warranties and go elsewhere….that's how bad the experience was
