Technician
I had to wait 2 months before the parts came & a technician put them on the washer. This was ridiculous & made no sense especially since I have a maintenence contract. Sears should have followed up on the parts especially since i called 3 times. The technician did a great job.

Salvador was a 10 star technician
Salvador's was very knowledgeable and worked very hard on a washer that's 14 yrs old and it's life expectancy is allowed up to 10 yrs in this lg brand but unfortunately the prior technician who came a week before felt it should be fixed instead of replaced and why ? Because all the work and mistakes were left for the second technician to figure out himself and hector just washed his hands and that's the end .. salvator felt and new this was a replacement job not a fixer but he worked almost 4 hrs on its and hopefully it will wash and work and not break down .. at the end Salvador' worked the impossible task and he should be commended for his professionalism..

Washing Machine Service
Aleksandr has been to the house before. Like before, he was professional. He did a thorough check and evaluation of the washing machine and explained what the problem was and showed me where the leak was. I want Aleksandr to return and repair the washing machine when the parts arrive.
