However, Sean B was great but all service before that was horrible and i would never use Sears again. I did not authorize the payment charged to my credit card nor did anyone speak to me about any current charges. As far as I'm concerned the entire sears home service operation should close down. It took from Aug. 10, 2023 until Oct. 13, 2023 to have this service completed, just to much to write about. Furthermore, a supervisor never called back and a serious language problem with phone reps.
