KEVIN ARRIVED ON TIME. WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, HE LISTENED WELL, HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK CHECKING OUT THE PROBLEM WITH OUR FRIDGE. AFTER COMPLETING HIS TESTING HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, PUT THE FRIDGE BACK IN POSITION. I THEN ASKED HIM TO GO OVER THE SETTINGS ON THE FRIDGE WHICH HE WAS WILLING TO DO. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM, WORK ETHIC AND I BELIEVE HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR REPAIR TEAM. THANK YOU SO MUCH KEVIN.
