Our Service Technicians were prompt and professional
I will give both Patrick and Tyler 5 stars. They arrived as scheduled and were both professional. Unfortunately, I must give Sears Home Services the worst rating possible. We would say that we have experienced the absolute worst customer service - ever!! We have been trying to get 1 simple part replaced on our stove. The first part to arrive was used and filthy with grease. The delivery box was in shambles. The technician refused to install the part. He ordered a new replacement. The company (not the tech) repeatedly canceled out the new order. Yet, they would write that the part had arrived, schedule another appointment, then no one would show up. This started March 28th. Today is May 22nd and we finally have the part installed. At no point in this process have we been satisfied. There is complete chaos regarding customer service. You can not get through to a customer representative in a timely or direct manner. Links for assistance via email or text do not work. Appointments are scheduled without asking the customer if it is convenient for them. Luckily, we are flexible, but individuals who work aren't able to accommodate waiting at home - and then no one shows up. When we did get appointment notifications the text date/time did not match the website date/time. Complete disregard for the customer with this company. After 2 months we finally called the business we bought the stove from and asked for assistance. My husband was also able to speak with a customer service supervisor (which we had tried to do on numerous occasions and were denied) just last week. Without those 2 interventions I don't think we would have gotten to resolution. I sincerely hope that my appliances do not need further repair and that I never need to work with Sears Home Services again. Again, no issue with the technicians that did the actual repairs.

Unbalanced washer won't always spin properly
He stayed until he knew it was right. Put washer through a couple spin cycles. He did notice the feet on front left of washer wasn't level. He took care of that. Seems to be good now.
