Brett was a pleasure to meet and talk to during the time he worked on my dishwasher. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was neat, and cleaned up after himself and was able to fix my dishwasher! I am however, extremely unhappy with Sears Home Seevices. My original service date was 8/29 and my service date has been changed by you 3-4 times either due to needing to order parts, parts on back order, a technician not being able to finish his route and the last time I wasn't even made aware you had changed the date until no one showed up and I went to look only to find in the website it was the following week and a different day than originally scheduled. This has been a terrible experience. But my experience with Brett today; was wonderful!!
