William was very nice & efficient; however, after almost 48 hours, the ice maker is still NOT producing ice.

Ice Dispenser not working
I'm not necessarily rating Kevin but he has been here 5-6 times now trying to repair my ice dispenser to no avail. He has ordered and replaced all the parts and it still isn't working. No one seems to know why?? He has advised me that there isn't anything else he knows to try to repair it.

Refrigerator
Very bad not good don't waste your time and calling them because they were tell you over the phone something else and then person they will do something else I got charged for no reason I told him what the issue was. They came within 30 seconds. They told me they cannot fit it I even told him over the phone with the problem is they said not a problem behalf this issue very often and we can definitely fix it.

Problem still isn't fixed
Stop giving out appts to your customers if you don't have the techs to send out to the residents. We don't have time to waste and wait on technicians that's not showing up. This is my 2nd time going through this with you all in the same month and wks apart. For my experience I rate this a 0.

No solution bad diagnosis
Tech was in a hurry and made up a diagnosis saying my fridge was too tight, which it's not. He was confusing and made up stuff. Issue not solved.
