Service to my GE refrigerator
I am sorry but from what I have read about A&E I was not expecting to much. I could not have been more wrong. The tech. Showed up and kept me informed as to arrival. He was courteous and appeared to be familiar with my problem. He explained how this problem could have occurred. He gave me advice on what to do to prevent problems like this from occurring. He was again knowledgeable and respectful. He deserves a 5 . My thanks.

Pat was able to install the correct parts on the top rack in the dishwasher. This malfunction has occurred 5 times before this. I am so grateful to have this fixed correctly.

Patrick L just completed my annual appliance check on my fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. He was so thorough, answered all of my questions and gave me tips on keeping parts clean! (Never realized a part of the tray under the ice dispenser could be snapped out for cleaning!) Thank you, Patrick, for your very fine service! So appreciate it!
