Not interested
Our appt was from 12-5. He showed up at 9:30. He is lucky we were home as we weren't supposed to be at that time. I showed him a video of the noise my fridge was making. He was not interested. He barely even looked at the fridge and told me the noise is normal and can't be fixed. He then proceeded to sit in his truck outside of our house for nearly 3 hours.

Fixed the problem, but no co.munication
The technician never called when he was on the way. The original appointment was 8:40am, and he showed up at 5:20pm, and ordered me to empty the fridge. But, he did fix it very quickly.

Still making noise
While he was nice, my refrigerator is still making a loud noise every 50 minutes or so. I would like to talk to someone about a return call.

Stressed
The freezer door seal was ordered and replaced however the technician was rude, outspoken and insulting both times he was here. He was impatient and didn't explain clearly initially so if I asked a question he would only repeat the same answer in an intimidating manner. I would explain why I asked and he would say "I already answered that!" not understanding that I was just explaining why I had the question since he was so annoyed answering it, like an impatient instructor not a man performing a service in my home! I told him I have health reasons and don't need stress from freezer repairman in my house and he finally became polite and left peacefully but I do not want him here again. I have tried to send this a few times briefer and the Blue Line will not go to the right as if it's too short a review or my Wi-Fi is not working well so if you get it more than once I'm sorry. Thank you. I'm glad to have said this because he left me with a bad memory on and off the rest of the day so now I can forget it. I had told him last time that I have enough stress and I don't need him adding more in my house to fix my freezer because his attitude was making my heart race and he said "oh now I have to hear about the stress in your life" but he was causing more and that's why I brought it up. I am fighting tears right now he upset me so badly. I literally had to close my eyes to speak to him last time because I couldn't stand how he was harassing me. It's a shame because he seemed to perform the job well but I do notice like he said the freezer door seal is not grabbing very tightly even the next morning so we will give it more time.

ice maker
initial call was made because the ice maker was not making ice. initial technician determined that water valve was not working and ordered a replacement water valve. The technician did not test the ice maker. Bruno came today (8/23/24) to install replacement water valve. Problem #1 - the replacement valve was slightly different … no mounting bracket. Problem #2 - the water line could not be mounted to the water valve because the connection on the valve was different when compared to original. Problem #3 - Bruno did not test to see if water was going through replacement water valve to ice maker. Problem #4 - ice maker is still not producing ice. Bruno did the best he could with installing replacement water valve as this was his assignment. Now that the valve was replaced, the original problem still exists. Someond needs to determine if water is flowing thru valve to ice maker and determine if ice maker is working. Please schedule a new technician that will determine what is wrong.

Refrigerator repair
Appointment was between eight and 12 didn't get here until after four had to get somebody in to sit and wait for the tech to come and there is no way to get in touch with the tech. Filter still leaking. I explained when the tech first came to check it out that, a check before him said the filter itself gasket was damaged and all I needed was a new filter. But the filter I had was new and it was only leaking a little bit so I put a pan under it and emptied it once a week don't appreciate wasting the whole day waiting for a tech to come , my time is just as valuable as you as there is

Didn't show up
Zero stars for Sears! The service time was updated to later and later in the day. Technician never showed up again. Today was the sixth service call since diagnosis. Air conditioning has been down since May. It's almost September. Last week he came with wrong size evaporator (proper size not available?) and without an assistant. At least he came by to explain. Today not even a phone call. The Master Service Agreement isn't worth the paper it's written on. We are elderly with health issues. Calls to service center are worthless.

SERVICE TECH
He is not a good technician. When he was here on 10/4 he could not complete the job and told me not to plug in refrigerator today when he called he told my son to plug in refrigerator to see what it does when he got to my door I asked him why did you have my son plug in refrigerator when you told me not to. He stated I did not know I was coming to the same house I told him you are the tech you should know that you were here I then said when my son plugged in the refrigerator no telling what danger could have happened you put us in a dangerous situation he looked at me and had nothing to say.
