Washer repair
Service provided by Bob was fine. He was sent to assist the washing machine tech Manuel in lifting the stacked dryer on and off. Polite and friendly. On the other hand Manuel called me at 933 am to say he would be here in 25 minutes. He did not show up for two and a half ours. Upon being asked what happened ..he said the appt was 8-12 so he was still ok. This complete lack of regard for my time was unacceptable. His repair was fine.
