Unprofessional
Walked into house looking to diagnose my problem..the appointment was to have an ordered overpriced part replaced..also tracked in part of outside..rugs had stains and floors boot marks..yes it was raining but should have taken some precautions as to not let it happen..will never use Sears again

Job not well done
Upon examining my fridge problem he saw that water and ice was forming outside the door edges. When we explained that mold was forming on the door gaskets he became confrontational declaring that he will not clean up mold; We never asked him to clean anything. When he found the problem(he called it a heater between the refrigerator and freezer) he said he would not attempt to remove the cover to expose this "heater" even after calling a Kenmore rep on the phone that instructed him to do so. I have scheduled another repair visit to correct this problem. I have also told the sears rep that I did NOT want a return visit from the same company to perform this repair.

Time
Not happy at all the last entry said the technician wouls be there at around 4:06 pm. Did not show up till 5:30pm.

Freezer repair
Bruno is a great guy . Unfortunately the freezer remains with the same problem. It has not been fixed. I need to reschedule a repairman to come out again

Refrigerator repair
When he arrived, I explain the situation that ice has built up on the freezer vent, I had taken photos of the ice that built up on the freezer vent to show him. He looked at the photos . He opened the refrigerator, took the temperature open the freezer looked at it and said that happens because it is summer and it is hot. I was not agreeing with his answer because the ice machine had stopped working. I knew there had to be a deeper problem. After a very heated conversation, (where I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said try to call them )he was going to walk out the door. He came back in, everything out of the freezer and determined that the temperature sensor connected to the fan was not working and he had to replace it. I should not have had to raise my voice or argued with this man regarding looking at the freezer more deeply to come to a better solution than it is hot out that is why the ice built up. He was also trying to say that the refrigerator was old, which is a poor excuse as well. It is only 10 years old and I have had a problem with this refrigerator since I bought it. You can look up my record. Unfortunately I was not happy with this technician.
