An excellent experience!
Joshua happens to be one of the nicest, most polite, respectful and knowledgeable technicians we have had in our home! He assessed the issue, knew what to do and repaired it quickly, all the while telling us what he was doing. He was very patient and we could see the he was doing a good job with his assistant, Dimitri. He is definitely a member of your team of whom you should be proud!

Can't find the problem
This is the fourth time Serious has been here and Sean was really really great but we could not find the problem which is really frustrating so I will have to be calling you back again after I see water on the floor because they said they have to track it.

Issue not solved
Sears needs to have a better way to make sure they can perform a repair. Since I have a service contract for my washer dryer I called Sears and asked the representative if the service I needed is covered under the contract. The representative said it was and she asked me to have a video conference with the tech to show the issue and order the part. After waiting more than one week for the part and another week for the tech. The problem was not resolved. The tech said he could not repair the leak of the dryer steam hose installation I must call a plumber! So two weeks and the techs time waisted. Sears needs to do better!

What? Done? Are you sure?
Bruno came to my house and installed a new water inlet valve in my Kenmore refrigerator. The ice maker wasn't working because it wasn't getting any water. He installed the part and said he was done. It was obvious that no water was going to the ice maker and when I asked him why that was, he said, "The machine has to call for the water." and there was nothing further to be done. He said the ice maker would eventually fill with water and operate. Well, it's been three hours since Bruno left, but the machine has yet to "call for water." Now what? This was my 10th time having someone come back to fix this. It seems the technicians are focused on coming/doing the task assigned/leaving and not actually solving the problem. The machine us under a Sears Home Service contract, but I have no confidence that they can fix this.
