Didn't care about it
I didn't like that he came to tell me something that I already know and don't even try to check the dryer no even one second

Dryer repair
Tech shows up fine . Made a belt repair . We didn't get a discount from the service charge . Tech didn't hook up the dryer vent correctly . No one ever quoted a price for the repair . No Letterhead on a receipt . Totally dishonest . No senior discount . Communication was not good at all . Dryer works again that's fine . But the price was way too expensive. Will not call you people or recommend your company to anyone again . Duct tape was not the answer . Poor tech service .

Very disappointed
Extremely late 2hrs past the assigned time. Refused to install new ice maker...did not clean and still drips...rushed in my home less than 10minutes...have to reschedule for a new serviceman. Terribly disappointed with SEARS...not making ice still properly.

He did not have previou knowledge of the fridge he supposed to fix. He didn't have the tools to perform his job. The fridge draw that he fixed left un aligned and broken. I am not happy with the job done. Sorry 😞

Exercise machine
The technician came and looked at the machine and said everything look fine and he doesn't need to do anything. I told him its mot running the way it used to, and need to take the cover out and look at. But he said that too much work and so doesn't want to do. What a waste of my money. Pl return my money to be fair.

Refrigerator
Tech was fine but 1 day later refrigerator is not working again nor is freezer Need to wait another 2 weeks for appointment- This is ridiculous
