After finding water all over the floor around my washing machine, I looked up Sears appliance services online. I was able to book an appointment the following day. The technician, Hector texted to let me know he was on his way. He showed up early which was good for us. He quickly assessed the issue and offered a solution. I have used Sears for appliance service over the years. Their technicians are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you Hector.
