Built in oven
Jon great tech and professional However my contract with a warped stove and paint all peeked off is not covered cause it is cosmetic. Are fin kidding me. The oven needs to be replaced I spent alot of money that could have bought 6 ovens for extended warranty . What a scam!!! This is not finished yet until I get this resolved!

Dryer no heat
Joe came out the same day. Diagnosed the issue. Ordered the parts. Came back on the day that was scheduled. Installed the parts, everything works great. Very friendly, prompt very happy with the service!

Super Response from Sears Service
The technician replaced a the burned out part and restored the dryer, but unfortunately that revealed a second problem for which there were no spare parts. Sears solved the problem promptly with a replacement appliance. Excellent!
