Jon is Awesome!
I had Adis from Sears coming by and not fixing my dishwasher and Adis kept throwing parts at it. Finally Jon came by and got my dishwasher fixed without ordering any parts and fixed Adis' mistakes. Jon was very polite and showed a high degree of proficiency in repairs. Much better than Adis. Jon also did the work without any complaints or issues. Jon deserves a pay raise or something, as he is extremely proficient in repairing appliances.
