5 months no repairs
My fridge has been failing every 10-12 months for 3 years. On oct 8 2023 it failed again. It has not been fixed. a tech was here 3 days ago refused to replace the part that is damaged and replaced the easy part. I have a tech background. If the coil was replaced I would have a fridge. I didn't sign anything his paperwork said it was working. We live in an age of cctv. After a 2 hour review of his repair it is obvious he checked nothing. Now I have to wait until march 13. 5 MONTHS WITHOUT A FRIDGE. NOT ONE SEARS PERSONAL CALLED BUT I WAS TOLD THAT IF I WAS ON A MEDICATION THAT REQUIRED TO BE COLD OH WELL.

my machine won't run at all now!!!!!
Very dissappointed, did not run the machine through a cycle, or he would have seen that it isn't working now!!!Tried calling your escalation department several times, when the hold is over the phone hangs up!!I Will be filing a lawsuit against this company!!!!!

Awkward Interaction When Questioned
We were shown that there was a single pulley wheel that was frozen and needed to be replaced. Also told that the motor heated up when turned on and needed to be cleaned. All for the low price of over $450. However we could get the insurance that would reduce it in half. When we explained that the insurance did not cover our high-end appliances, he refused to take NO for an answer. Asked what the breakdown of the charges were (i.e.- pulley replacement vs. cleaning motor) and he refused to answer. My husband ended up getting upset with me because of the responses and demeanor of the technician. I will request that this technician NEVER come back to our home in the future.
