Tyler Provided Outstanding Repair Service
Tyler provided the best service repair call I have had since moving into my home 6 years ago. He called ahead, explained the problem at a level I understood. was extremely efficient. I hope I dont need repair services again but if I do, Tyler is my go to guy.

Technician super. Scheduling system abysmal
Joe was great. Had to order parts and come a 2nd time but the issue was resolved. He was very attentive and determined. However I almost lost my mind with the scheduling system. It was so bad I'm taking the time to let someone know. No opportunity to talk to anyone. EVER. It didn't show we received the order part 10 days ago and would NOT let us confirm our follow up appt. Had to call retailer who transferred me to mgt who transferred me to a hotline. Finally got a human and it still took her another 40 minutes to resolve. She confirmed the Appt STILL I read a text the night before saying it wasn't confirmed even though I received 2 automated calls earlier in the day where I did confirm. Horrible horrible and extremely frustrating. Lost a lot of Work time trying to resolve. Luckily today it finally was. No less that 12-15 different calls were made at various times. I think anyone would agree that's outrageous. Please make that System a little more user friendly. Thank you for opportunity to review
