Jon phoned ahead and told me he was on his way. I was amazed at how nice he was to me. He checked the oven/range over and found the problem within 10 minutes. However, part is unavailable. He also gave me a list of new brands to replace the oven/range. He is very courteous. He is also a joy to work with. I am very impressed with Jon and hope I will see him again--but not too soon!
