Great Job !
Matthew checked out everything and explained my problem (it's probably the socket,as the washer is fine).He even checked with colleagues to see if they agreed with his assessment(they did.)He gave me advice on keeping the washer clean and vacuumed out my dryer. I was very satisfied with his service.

He was on time, polite, very quick to diagnose, clear in his explanation of what was wrong well. He made recommendations for which brands to avoid but we know those are competing brands so we will do our research but appreciate his opinion.
