Frank came in a timely manner. He diagnosed the problem with our riding lawn mower immediately. He fixed the problem and the final charge was less than $200.00. Frank is a great asset to Sears!

They finish the repair in a timely manner
There was a little inconvenience at the beginning because Matt and the assistant asked that the laundry center to be moved out of closet. Luckily I was able to someone in the house to help me moved the laundry center out of the closet and I was able to find a friend of mine to put the dryer vent back and move the laundry back in the laundry closet. That was very inconvenient to the home owner. After the laundry center was moved out of the closet, the technician and his assistant repaired the dryer in a timely manner. They didn't take the old parts with them. Maybe it's Sears policy again. But luckily I have several trash cans that I can threw out the old parts and boxes. My dryer is finally fixed. I am very happy. Thanks Matt and Ethan.
