Ron was prompt, professional and courteous, and provided me with some very useful information. He diagnosed the issue and discovered that he did not have the part available, so he quickly arranged for a part delivery and installation, keeping himself in the loop, should further diagnosis be needed.

Adis (and his trainee Amel)were both attentive, polite and highly competent in there trade. They kept in touch keeping me updated and were punctual by arriving at the time they said they would be here. A throwback to the old school, service the way used to be. A great reflection and complement to Sears. Going forward I will be utilizing your service as needed as well as recommending Sears service whenever anyone has an appliance problem. They took negative and turned it into a positive!
