This is the third time the technician has been here second claim. Seems like it's all about guesswork as to what is wrong with my refrigerator. One of the things that was on this last claim that was totally missed was the fact that the water dispenser drips constantly down the front of the refrigerator. I asked him about it and reminded him that we spoke about it when he was here last. He said, I don't remember you mentioning it. Now I have to file another claim. This is ridiculous.

Pleasant tech. However, kitchen flooded last night and ice maker still doesn't produce ice. Item replaced was due to recall so we called Samsung directly. Not sure why it flooded but kitchen has major damage.

Poor Sears Appointment Setting

We started this repair over 2 months ago. Repeatedly we had the RETURN APPOINTMENT (to finish the repair) rescheduled 3 or 4 times. No Icemaker for more than 2 months. When a technician finally arrived to complete the repair today SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. We are very satisfied with the repair but the SCHEDULING IS TERRIBLE.

Dryer Maintenance

Joseph was very polite. He seemed to think that our issue with our dryer was most likely in our ventilation that goes outside of our home. When we used the dryer after he left, the duct tubing wasn't properly attached to the wall. He also did a washer maintenance service. We aren't sure what exactly he did. Does the washer maintenance include cleaning the machine? That didn't happen.

The experience was fine and he fixed the problem with the main part of the refrigerator, but the ice maker NEVER did start making ice. It worked fine until the refrigerator stopped working, then it stopped working as well. He said it would start working but it never did. It took 4months for a repair person to service my refrigerator, NOW it is taking another 4 weeks for them to come back to finish with the ice maker. I am VERY disappointed in the service that I have been provided with. The phone calls take FOREVER, being put on hold for over and hour, not being able to understand the person because all calls are connected with a foreigner, the service person ONLY being scheduled once a month, and not showing up OR calling to let me know their NOT coming! Very poor business! ! I am definitely disappointed and upset with the service of Sears Home Services!
