Frustrating at best
3 months until we got replacement cost, 6 visits, 5 parts ordered, confusion by Sears on where the parts were being shipped or when they should arrive, 2 parts lost during shipping, no way to contact Sears directly (must go through the dispatch third party), 2 times the techs closed the ticket as fixed and we got the original error code on the first cycle we ran after their visit. Techs were friendly and helpful but unable to conduct proper repairs. Prompt appointment scheduling but the website link gave a forbidden or unknown page half the time.

No show
Not that it was Jordan's fault but he had a pobox address for the site address. so we planned our day around the 9 hour window for the appointment. Note I noticed the pobox on the confirmation email and called it in The person on the phone told me she would correct it and I am not sure what went wrong after that. Seems there is room here to improve on your essential communications.

Range
Danny was kind and courteous, and took the time to search for parts, and telling me that parts are not available. I was ok with that, because the range had broken glass door and door did not close all the way. And the oven was sprayed with cleaner and not cleaned up, when I moved into house.

dumber than a box of rocks...
Could not find model number or serial number on our microwave. yes she would have had to pull it out to look at the back of the machine. A quick question with google and it told me where to look with pictures...

No service was ever done.
Technician didn't work on it. Not even worth one star. After four weeks of cancellations, I hired someone else to fix my range. It took two men to do it. A female, by herself, would never have been able to. I have never had such horrible service in my life. A month of cancellations with ridiculous excuses, no live person to talk to. It was discovered that your previous technician, who "fixed" the same problem two years ago, cut the wires and caped only two, leaving bare wires exposed and frayed rather than do it properly and pull the range from the wall. He was apparently lazy and couldn't be bothered. Guess were lucky we didn't blow up. I will NEVER recommend your company for any services whatsoever. I won't even bother to use the remainder of my extended warranty. You're an awful company.

Highly Unprofessional
Our previous appt we waited 7 hours, finally called and were told the repair guy was out sick. Shouldn't you let the customers know? Trying to get them to answer the p[hone is another challenge I prefer not to deal with ever again. It's no wonder Sears went out of business

Service technician "guaranteed" his evaluation & was wrong!!
I took the part out and it tested good. I took the part to Appliance Parts Company and had them test it and they found it to be good also. Joshua, the Sears service technician, said that the part was bad and guaranteed it! Your guarantee was WRONG!! What are you going to do about it? Would you like to make it right? Let me know. Additionally, I did not received a call from Joshua before his arrival. P.S. If I could rate less than, I would.
