Joanna was great--knowledgeable and efficient. My only issue is that it took from July 5th to July 26th to get someone here. That's along time to wait for a return to refrigerator service.

Jordan is a great person, but oven still not fixed
Jordan is a different tech (the 5th one) to come out and try to fix our oven. They have ordered parts, made adjustments, and still the oven is not fixed. This process started in August. Now I have nothing against the technicians as this is an older oven, but at some point they should give up and just tell our warranty company it can't be fixed (which they will never do).

Went right to work and located the problem in about 10 minutes. Got it. Working right away. Only reason for a 4 not 5 star was the cost. I understand there is driving time involved, but the only other option is buy a new one.

Washer inspection
I think Joseph did a decent job but a bit frustrated that I have to schedule a second appointment to have my dryer looked at. It doesn't make any sense since he was already on site. There should be a way to go ahead and perform the service and then put an invoice together for the additional service.

He was very efficient in finding out the reason why my dishwasher did not work! Have my ideas of what to do in the future! Very respectful and concentrated on the repair!

Wait Times
This is the second time that Joseph has come to my house. The first time frame was 1 to 5. He arrived at about 5:45 after I had waited for him all afternoon. The second time, I was told between 8 and 12. He arrived after 1:00 and told me he had come from Kings Beach. Since he starts in Reno, why did he not stop in Truckee before Kings Beach. These wait times are horrible. I signed on for the Sears Repair Service. I certainly hope this is not usual for your service.

Jquan did a good job, I would have given him 5 stars if his appointment was not change 4 times. he told me that if this does not fix the problem that I have to get a new refg.
