Sears repair performance
Sears tech arrived on 9/7 diagnosed fridge needed a new fan. Claimed he ordered the fan to be delivered to our home address. It was never received. On 10/3 the tech arrived, no part, closed the work order. We called Samsung and they reported no part order for this address was ever received. Therefore, 5- weeks later we still do not have a fridge, starting all over. Question: how would you like to be without a fridge for 5-weeks and then be responsible to do what the "professionals" couldn't get done?

Did not keep appointment time
I needed him to confirm a day and time he could come back as he was running so late .. I live in a guard gated community with specific rules for vendor access with regards to repairs. When I spoke with him initially he was aware that he needed to be here by 5 .. when I called again at 4:50 I was told he still had one job before mine and wouldn't be able to get to me.

No work
I'm not blaming the technician directly but definitely indirectly because he refused to go onto the second story where the air conditioner is and he said he doesn't go on second stories don't know why he's even working for Sears then

Fridge repair
Horrible. This is the 3rd time they have came out and within 10 minutes the fridge was making an obnoxious noise, I called the technician he told me I need to call sears and have them dispatch someone I call sears and they tell me to call my home warranty. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Fridge appliance
Our home warranty assigned this company to us after having a different company come out twice for the same issue. So this is now the 3rd time we have had a repair man come check on the issue. The first company all they did was have us defrost it 48 hours 2 times in a row when we had an error code of FF E on it, so sears came out yesterday and all they did was re set it. If you google the error code it clearly states there is an issue with the fan and it needs to be replaced. I call this morning and instead of trying to accommodate for there mistake and come out today I have to wait yet another day. When they come out tomorrow and if the work is actually done and I have a working fridge I might change my review

AC not fixed
Technician Dontee called for eta of 15 minutes. After an hour sent him the message to check why he hasn't come in. Showed up with big band on his waist and a bag of tools. He check the unit outside and the ceiling and said the there was no platform for him to do the coil or bubble test (?). I told him a couple of techs went there years ago to fix the AC and they didn't have problem. Sears, if you're sending the technician, make sure they can go up in the ceiling and not in some kind of physical problem. If he is wearing the band to protect his back and waist, of course he won't be able to go up in the ceiling and bend. This is not the job for him. We need to be refunded for the service charge. I will wait for the call to send someone who can fix the broken AC today!

If I could choose 0 stars I would…
I wish I had read the negative reviews before using this company to repair my washing machine. Their customer service number is a joke, so if you ever need to speak to a live person- good luck. The tech, came out to my house the first time didn't have very basic parts so I had to order them via the Parts Department Customer Service- I paid for my order and had it shipped directly to my home. The day of the repair, the tech charged me for the parts AGAIN ($100 more per part than quoted 4 days ago, I might add) and it was a run around to get a live person on the phone to issue a refund and when I finally got someone to put in a request, it was not instant like I was initially told. Now I am waiting 5 business days for someone to "review" the refund request, which should be instant since it was due to their technician's error in the first place. This company is a nightmare, and I would stay far away from them because the headache if something goes wrong is just not worth it.

AC Service Request
The serviceman, ALEX was courteous, patient & skilled. He explained what was wrong with my equipment and was very helpful. The services from CHOICE is rated a UNDENIABLE NEGATIVE & HEARTLESS response. I informed the service that I needed services asap…. IT TOOK 2Weeks! I am a senior ( over 75yrs old)!and have medical problems that were not even considered when shared. All service companies have exceptions… especially if there is a MEDICAL CONCERN. THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE RESPONSE that took a mere 10minutes or less to repair the problem…I am totally disappointed !!!! 10 minutes or less…Seriously considering another service! I AM IN TEARS!!!!!
