Walked out without finishing the job
Walked out without finishing the job. it was my washing machine the knob that changes your permanent press regular cycles with strep so he came in start working on it and then stopped and said I need three signatures. I asked him if he was finished I'd like to turn the knob. Went to my room to take a phone call and as I came back he had walked out the door. I went to check the washing machine the tablets have four I turn the knob to turn it on in the spark flu and now doesn't work at all. I'd like seats to reach out and have A competent service person come out and fix his washing machine or if they broke it replace it

Caused me a second service call to another plumber
Didn't use a bucket to drain basin of washer spilled water on laundry floor which alledgedly went under the washer tray and down my ceiling through my LED lighting. He also forgot to shut the water off . He then insisted I had a leak problem and needed my ceiling drywall cut with inspection. I had the expense of another service call and worry of mold growing in my ceiling downstairs. Second plumber came and did a thorough inspection and concluded that Johnathan had to have spilled alot of the basin water on the floor going under the square tray where the drain was making the water find an alternative way out because it didn't all go down the drain . Second plumber reenacted the same steps of water being poured down drain and no water leaked down my ceiling . Johnathan took no responsibility for his actions , told me I may have a structural defect of the drain and or original appliance man installed drain wrong . All this was inspected and inaccurate. Determination after all the inconvenience, stress and additional service call expense was it was caused by Johnathan spilling water on my floor and not all down the drain where it should have been or he could have used the buckets I offered . Now I pray no mold grows from Water trapped in ceiling from upstairs to downstairs. He also made it seem Like I didn't understand plumbing when he neglected to shut off water , use a bucket while pumping water , making sure all water drained in square tray , neglected to take care of my property , broke my square tray , moved the washer out of the pan to replace a pump while apparently as per second Plumbers opinion getting water under the tray forcing the water to find alternative route out which was my downstairs Light . Unnecessary stress and inconvenience and expense and I want to be reimbursed for the service fee. Because this caused me a second service fee.

Washer dryer earranty fix
Parts when put together was not right i have a metal part that you see when you open the lid which was not there before I dont know what this will have an effect on the machne. It is running right now but you have to press hard the lid to hopefully get to run. This is a 3 month old unit and now i have this issues. Now the lid does not close as it was closing before. It is bent and when you open the lid it dose open all the way like it used to do. Your techicisn is supposed to make it right after the repair. I need another technician to fix the unit correctly. The techician you sent me did not even help me move the very heavy unit because he said they are not supposed ti do it. Then why send technician here??? I need another technician to fix what the first tech did. Very disappointed with your service

This is about Alexbut Sears as a whole
Sears came out over. A month ago and said they needed to order parts. Four missed appointments and a month later our ac still hasn't been fixed. Don't use sears they don't care about customers. We live in Las Vegas and have had no air for a month in 100 plus degree heat. You can't talk to anyone as all numbers go to an automated system and when you finally get someone on the phone let's just say you aren't talking to someone in the United States! Stay away!!!!

My fridge was displaying a CFE error Steve no 1 ordered parts. The parts showed up and Steve no 2 showed up and said he wasn't authorized to do any work… and that the parts we had were for a different issue. So my fridge has not been repaired even though we have paid for the warranty … was the extra money for the warrant worth it?
